Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and hand off your order for shipment, and does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes approximately 8–10 business days, depending on your location. All shipping costs are included in the listed product price — there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as high order volume, weather events, customs processing, or carrier delays — can extend these timeframes. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and we’re always happy to help track down an order that seems delayed.
